ONSITE HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAM
Our onsite High School program looks to transform the way students learn and prepare them to thrive in college, to start innovative businesses, and to be thought leaders in a society that is being transformed by the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
OUR CORE ELEMENTS
The combination of project-based and personalized learning, real-world experiences, leadership development, and extensive use of technology, allows 24/7 Learning Academy to be a transformative experience for students, families, and communities.
Traditional and AP Courses: Access to more than 150 accredited courses, from Algebra to AP Art History and everything in between.
Personalized Learning: No two Future Leaders (students) are identical. Every individual has different learning styles, strengths, weaknesses, and passions, so we believe that each Future Leader's (student) experience should be personalized to fit their needs and goals.
With the support of advisors and coaches, future leaders, (students) will develop a personalized schedule and goals to fit their strengths, weaknesses, and passions. Future Leaders (students) will progress at the speed at which they master essential skills and content. In addition, they will be given targeted feedback and coaching from their instructors and peers to help inspire and grow.
Project-Based Learning (PBL): PBL is a key component in our curriculum and involves tackling authentic, real world, challenging problems that require new knowledge and skills. Future leaders, (students) immerse themselves in creative critical thinking as they communicate and collaborate to design and test solutions.
These are the most essential 21st century skills for a world that is rapidly changing, and they go hand-in-hand with Mastery based and personalized learning. The resulting products are showcased in each Future Leader's (Students) portfolio, to demonstrate to potential universities and employers not just subject area knowledge, but the skills to actually create new, progressive solutions to the problems we confront in the world today.
24/7 Learning Academy Educators are categorized into four groups and focuses on core areas: College and Career Readiness, Personal and Character Growth, Leadership and Professional Development, and Entrepreneurship,

Our Weekly Schedule
No two Future Leaders (students) have identical passions, skills, or learning styles, so we want their daily activities to reflect that. With the support of their 24/7 Learning Academy Advisors and Mentors, each Future Leader (student) will have the opportunity to build their weekly calendars to fit their personal goals and needs. Below is an example of what a student's week might look like:
OUR INTERNSHIPS AND APPRENTICESHIPS
There’s no better way to understand a profession or skill than by actually doing it, which is exactly what our internships, apprenticeships, and work-study programs offer: a chance to do meaningful, hands-on work in the field of your choice. Why spend four years in college studying for a career you’ve never experienced?
An intense and rewarding educational experience: We offer a chance to “learn by doing” and work to broaden our future leaders’ understanding of the research and preparation process and the careers available by providing authentic working experiences in a professional setting in their community.
Our PARENT RESOURCES
Parents and guardians are crucial to the success of any Future Leader (student) and we ensure that they are involved in every step of their child’s education. They will receive real-time access to student reports detailing attendance, academic, project, and social progress, so that they are aware of their Future Leader's (students) activities and intervention needs.
